ARCHIVES

JAN.2006
ACTION NEEDED : Have ever thought or cared about the ephemeral nature of dance and the precarious state of Canada’s dance history?

Focus of Forum:

1.To establish a network of people from across the country who will begin work on defining and carrying out a national modern dance heritage strategy.
2.To find out what projects are actually happening presently in regards to dance legacy and preservation.

Method:
To involve all delegates in dialogue, we have established themes that will converge towards a plan of action. The method involves asking questions. It is a collaborative search, to seek what is, ignite the collective imagination of what could be, and generate new knowledge that expands the realm of the possible.
